A little about me

Hi, I'm Adrienne. I'm a Reiki intuitive energy healer and medium. My journey began ten years ago after I lost my father. That loss was profound, and in trying to cope, I found myself drawn to books on spirituality and mediumship. From there I took meditation courses, and eventually a year-long mentorship program in mediumship with Shenalee Gibson — an incredible experience with an amazing mentor.

Through that work, my spiritual and mediumship gifts began to awaken and grow. Then I felt called to study Reiki energy healing. The self-healing I experienced was profound — so much so that my chiropractor noticed a real difference in my shoulders, which had always been tense. They were finally relaxed, and she could work on areas she'd never been able to reach before. She even took my information to pass along to her clients.

The more I practice Reiki, the more my mediumship abilities continue to grow. Reiki connects the practitioner with universal life force energy, and it can help with pain management, calm the central nervous system, ease anxiety, and support deep relaxation. Four sessions in a row can be especially helpful for minor injuries and ongoing pain.

I live and practise in South Delta, British Columbia, Canada, offering in-person sessions by appointment and distance sessions for clients anywhere in the world. If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.
